KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT

A small first step.
Here is what follows.

You share your history.
Your clinician decides the next step.

STEP 1 · ABOUT 5 MINUTES

Tell us about you.

Complete the medical intake on MDRX's website. Share your health history, current medications and weight-management goals.

MDRX serves adults in the 48 contiguous states. Eligibility and availability are confirmed during your visit.

BEFORE YOU START

Good questions.
Let's answer them.

What does it cost?

Costs depend on the plan you select. Review the full price, amount due, billing schedule and cancellation terms during intake before agreeing to treatment. MDRX states that you are charged only if a clinician prescribes treatment.

Do I need insurance?

No. MDRX is a self-pay service, so insurance is not required. You can review available plans during your visit.

Will I qualify for treatment?

A licensed clinician makes that decision after reviewing your health history. Completing the intake does not guarantee a prescription. If treatment is not appropriate, the clinician will explain why.

Who provides my care?

MDRX is a telehealth platform. A U.S. clinician licensed in your state reviews your assessment. If medication is prescribed, a state-licensed partner pharmacy prepares and ships it. MDRX does not compound medication.

What treatment does MDRX provide?

MDRX's weight-management service includes prescription options, including compounded medication when prescribed. Your clinician decides what is appropriate. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Read important safety information.
